A large wireless company in the Alpharetta area is in need of a .NET Developer. The Developer will responsible for Setting application and enterprise development standards, best-practices and processes for all areas of .NET development and make decisions on best-fit tools. - Analyzes client business models and leverages the appropriate technologies to support the business cases. - Identifies risks and issues related to software architecture, design, development and implementation, and drives risk mitigation. - Responsible for overall architecture (performance, scalability, maintainability, deployment, execution, operations, and technology infrastructure) of the solutions implemented with Microsoft Technologies. - Assesses technologies and architectures and makes buy / build recommendations when determining system architecture. - Develops sample code and architectural prototypes. - Follows .NET development best practices to ensure maximum performance and scalability in an enterprise environment for Multi- tier Net-centric applications. - Applies best development practices, software
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum of 10 years in the area of software development (preferably in the web environment). - Proven experience in a lead role as the architect for three or more large scale projects utilizing .NET and Java - Minimum of 5 years of architecture and design experience with N-tier architectures and cross-platform environments. - Deep knowledge of technical architecture strategies, and implications on applications. - Expertise with design patterns, specifically the Microsoft Patterns and Practices. - Experience in Technology migrations. - Minimum of 5 years of experience with ASP.NET, C#.NET, .NET Framework, Enterprise Services, XML. - Advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD). - Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Experience in multiple programming languages and technologies (especially C# and Java/J2EE). - Experience with Agile software development methodologies. - Experience in formal testing / software q
