Job Listing: Senior Project Manager

Aerotek Engineering and Construction has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Project Manager for the Commercial Glazing Industry.

This is a direct placement position and will be located in Indianapolis, IN with frequent travel to the job site throughout the United States. 7-10 years of commercial glazing experienced is preferred but individuals with fewer years of experienced will be considered if they hold a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management.

Job Duties:

*Ability to create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule

*Maintain and comprehend projects within budgets

*Review contract documents and scope of work

*Will be responsible for checking and verifying cut lists, take offs, order glass, and validate fabrication tickets

*MUST be able to read architectural and shop drawings

*Document, track, and apply price changes to projects

*Will work closely with field operations managers as well as Superintendents to ensure proper manpower requirements of projects

*RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTIRE PROJECTS AS IT RELATES TO FIELD, SHOP, AND OFFICE.

Job Requirements:

*8-10 years of experience as a Glazing Project Manager or Bachelors degree in Construction or Business Management with 5+ years experience

*Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel

*This position is located at the company headquarters in Indianapolis, IN and candidates must have the ability to travel frequently to job site

    Salary and Benefits
