Job Listing: Call Center/Customer Service

Our client, located in Baltimore, is looking for a phone agent. The candidate will be handling inbound and outbound calls, answering questions about medical billing statements, and talking to patients who owe a balance on their account. The medical bills will be from hospitals and medical offices, so patient billing experience is required.

Candidates MUST HAVE 2+ SOLID YEARS OF CALL CENTER/CUSTOMER SERVICE experience AND experience in healthcare (doctor's office, HMP/PPO, hospital, pharmacy, claims, etc.)
