Job Listing: SQL/ETL Developer

Teksystems is looking for a SQL/ETL Developer for a contract to hire opportunity. Client is located in Carmel, IN.

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

The SSIS ETL Developer will design, develop, and implement data extraction, staging, transformation and loading procedures to populate and update the enterprise warehouse from multiple source repositories. The SSIS ETL Developer will work closely with our Data Architects and Business Intelligence Developers to design and performance tune the warehouse.

Candidate will also be responsible for the extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) and database documentation including data policies, procedures and metadata definitions. Ensure the availability and performance of the ETL layer. Candidate will also troubleshoot SQL Server problems and provide timely solutions.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is required

A minimum of 2 years experience with SSIS and ETL or as a SQL Server DBA

Experience with Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence preferred, but not required
