Job Listing: Architectural Job Captain - Revit

An Architectural Project Coordinator (Job Captain) is needed for a regional award winning design firm in the Phoenix, AZ office. They providing architecture, engineering, evidence-based design, interior design, educational funding services, design-build, and strategic planning specializing in healthcare facilities.


Responsibilities

- Independently evaluates, selects and applies architectural techniques, procedures, and modifications.
- Assignments have specified objectives and require the investigation of many variables.
- Independently performs architectural assignments with only general instruction from the Project Architect or Project Manager as to the results expected.
- Works directly with owners to select and recommend procedures. Writes specifications covering architectural matters, performs code reviews.
- May be assisted by Project Architects, other Architectural Project Coordinators or technicians and is responsible for work in all phases of the architectural process.



Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
- 3-5 years experience on educational projects
- Strong experience preparing details, specifications and construction documents. AutoCAD and REVIT experience required
- Desire to pursue growth opportunities and obtain registration
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required.

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $42,000 to $60,000 per Year
