Job Listing: Senior Interior Designer

Our client, an renowned Architecture and Interior design firm, has an opening for a Senior Interior Designer/Architect to join their interior team in Los Angeles.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Interior Designer/Architect will be responsible for:
-Providing assistance with the development of the entire interior design concept.
-Managing complex design issues for large and small commercial and corporate-based projects.
-Coordinating the work of consultants with architectural documents.
-Assisting in the development of local office standards, policies, and procedures.
-Reviewing shop drawings and material samples for general conformance with the design intent.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Senior Interior Designer/Architect will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with an Interior Design/Architecture firm and a minimum of 10 years of professional design development experience.
-A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design/Architecture and a valid California Architectural License.
-Experience working on a wide range of projects, including commercial/corporate-based projects.
-Strong client presentation and client management skills.
-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-General knowledge of interior design practice, including programming, space planning, concept and design development, and detailing.
-Knowledge of the coordination of the work of other disciplines, including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting design, etc.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD.
