Job Listing: Project Engineer

Aerotek CE is seeking a Project Engineer for a leading manufacturer of centrifugal pumps. This position is available for immediate employment.

Project Engineer Requirements:

This Project Engineer will have 5 years of solid modeling experience including complex surfacing and will create mechanical and hydraulic designs of centrifugal pumps. This Project Engineer will also be providing calculations and analysis to insure that designs meet operational specifications.

Other essential Project Engineer requirements:

*Create Bills of Materials and drawing packages for designs directly or through engineering technicians.

*Design all required product testing. Perform testing or provide oversight for engineering technicians performing testing. Evaluate test results.

*Develop project proposals including product specification, project cost, manufacturing cost and schedule.
*Investigate to determine causes of reported field problems with products, including warranty requests for failed product.

*Provide technical support to other departments, including sales and manufacturing: field troubleshooting, product application, and value engineering and problem solving.

*This individual may directly supervise drafters and engineering technicians.
