Job Listing: Desktop Deployment

Our Cedar Rapids, IA client is searching for a Desktop Deployment Technician. This is a 12 month contract with the opportunity to go permanent. Client is looking to fill this position immediately.

Seeking a technical person with several years of troubleshooting experience as well as strong customer service background. Duties will include:
-Changing variables, installing applications manually for new desktop builds, software pushes using SMS, creating user profiles, troubleshooting and patching, installing all software for new users, creating the computer remotely.

Technical skills: Troubleshooting, software installation, Remedy, Remote Assistance.
