Job Listing: Maintenance Mechanic

A North Las Vegas company is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic. The candidate will be responsible for general maintenance on all facilities and material handling systems in the distribution center.

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all material handling systems in the distribution center – conveyor systems, forklifts and battery charges, etc.

- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on general facility equipment – HVAC systems, emergency fire and sprinkler systems, cafeteria equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.

Knowledge required:
- Ability to read blueprints including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and construction drawing
- Ability to read and understand manufacturers maintenance procedures, sequence of operations and parts drawings found in OEM manuals and MMS task instructions
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of employees throughout the company in order to serve their needs

Hours: 2pm – 10:30pm M-F (Some flexibility in hours is required, with some Saturdays and overtime may be required as needed)
