A manufacturing company in Cedar Falls, IA, is now seeking a full time Plant Manager on 1st Shift. This is direct hire position for a plant that manufactures parts for John Deere.

Description:
- Must have experience dealing with production coordinating and scheduling
- Experience evaluating employees
- Good understanding of CNC equipment is necessary


Pay: $50,000 - 70,000/year based on experience.
