Job Listing: QC Analyst II - Chemistry - Biotech

I have an immediate position available for a QC Analyst II in the Warminster, PA area.

SCOPE:

You will provide bioanalytical expertise for the quality control department. Key areas of focus are development and implementation of the quality aspects of late stage or marketed product strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for sampling raw materials associated with clinical and commercial manufacturing, and maintaining sample traceability via the QC logbook.

- Testing responsibilities may include RP-HPLC, SEC, KF, FT-IR, SDS-PAGE, and UV-Vis.

- Applies knowledge of good manufacturing practices and good laboratory practices on a daily basis.

- Adheres to Company safety procedures and guidelines on a daily basis.

- Responsible for assisting with writing new standard operating procedures/test methods or revising existing documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- B.S. or M.S. in a Biological Science preferred.

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry required.

- General knowledge of cGMP practices, ICH requirements, stability and validation required.

- General experience in a development, quality, or manufacturing environment preferred.
