Job Listing: Sales Manager/Project Manager

Our client is a leading edge provider of erosion control and custom seeding solutions based out of Des Moines IA. They are seeking an independent, professional and energetic individual for a Sales Manager position for their office located in Omaha

Sales manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining business/clients relationships for the Omaha/Lincoln area. Duties will include cold calls, cold stops and marketing. Will be taking part in trade shows and become involved in local associations. Knowledge of the local construction market is a plus. This will require a high level of motivation and sales drive.

An ideal candidate will have experience developing a sales market, and have a strong understanding of the construction industry in the Omaha area. Business/Marketing or appropriate Construction/Engineering degree is preferred. A high level of self motivation and responsibility is required. Commission is earned for business results.
