Job Listing: Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for an Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering firm here in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a mechanical engineering position who performs engineering in the development of HVAC design drawings and also function as a project manager.

Major job duties include:

*Responsible for following client stated objectives for the project or project phases, usually involving frequent meetings with clients and market segment leaders to review full project plan and implement this plan as required.
*Supervision of designers in the development of design documents.
* Function as a project manager by coordinating in house design document development and supervising in house project team.
*Prepares proposals for potential projects.
*Reviews progress and evaluates results of project.
*Suggests and implements changes in design methods or equipment

Job requirements and qualifications:

* Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
* Bachelors degree mechanical engineering and one to five years related experience.
