Job Listing: Architectural/Structural Drafter

Architectural and Structural Engineering firm located in the Western Suburbs of Chicago has an immediate opening for an experienced drafter with Architectural or Structural Drafting experience. This firm focuses on steel and concrete structures and holds a majority of the market share in the Chicago area.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and prepare the majority of an architectural and structural set of construction documents utilizing AutoCad.
- Have a working knowledge of the codes that have jurisdiction over the project type. Working knowledge at a minimum of the building occupancy type, construction type, and the basics of life safety and exiting.
- Work under the supervision of a Licensed Architect

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Architectural Drafting experience.
- High level of proficiency in AutoCAD
- Commercial, retail or hospitality project experience.
