Job Listing: Construction Quality Manager

Our Client, a mid-sized Commercial/Industrial construction firm in the state, is currently seeking a Construction Quality Manager for a project in Warrenton, VA that would be based out of their Richmond, VA office. This Construction Quality Manager should have prior experience in either the construction, engineering, or architectural field; individuals with prior experience with the federal or state procurement process is a plus.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in one of the related fields listed above

- Experience with setting up and running pre-construction meetings

- Experience with Receiving/Logging/ and Coordinating the review of RFI's and Submittals

- Experience with Reviewing Applications for Payment

- Scheduling/ Project Closeout / Project Records would also be required

-Experience working on Federal Projects is a must!
