Job Listing: Production Manufacturing Supervisor

Our client, a large south Orlando based manufacturing company is looking for a Production Manufacturing Supervisor with at least three years of experience in production planning. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, and Toyota Production System is a must.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Supervising and Coordinating activities of workers engaged in setting up and operating a variety of machines to repair and manufacture parts

- Analyzing work orders to estimate worker hours and create machining schedules that meet both internal and external needs

- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and assigning job orders to workers

- Maintain time and production records

- Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product

- Direct workers in adjusting machines and equipment to repair products which fail to meet standards


Hours: Candidates must be available for training on the 1st shift and flexible to work on a off- upon completion of training. Candidates must be flexible for either shift and be available overtime if needed.
