Program Manager

Our Clients Business Energy Management Department is looking for two EES Program Managers to join their team in Bellevue, WA for a permanent Impact role.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Support to the Resource Conservation Manager (RCM) Program
-Direct customer support
-Development of energy resource plans
-Training in RCM techniques
-Creation of RCM manuals and checklists
-Providing educational communications concerning the Resource Conservation Manager Program’s role within the company to internal and external audiences
-develop and implement financial and strategic plans
- developing materials to help educate our customers
- Evaluation and implementation of an appropriate marketing mix for program campaigns; including events, print advertising, direct mail, web content, public/media relations and other marketing

Additional Information:

-Work closely with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and other applicable departments to develop program materials.
- Responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with outside constituents to gain awareness, participation and support of program/initiatives.

Desired:
- Experience working in the utility industry.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of commercial customer end-uses and energy efficiency strategies.
