Retail Repair Clerk

Aerotek has an opening for a Retail Repair Clerk for a wireless retail store in Salem. The position is a potential temporary-to-hire depending on work performance. Pay for the position is $14+/hour DOE.

Job Description:

- Performs in-house servicing and repair of company's wireless products.
- Provides support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment.
- Serves as customer contact on service related problems.
- Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
- Performs inventory management.
- Determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
- Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
- Performs a variety of skilled routine and non-routine duties. Applies standard practices and policies.

Position Requirements:
-4 yrs of HS, vocational school or equivalent
-1-3 yrs relevant experience
-excellent customer service skills
-strong computer skills
-ability to work in a team environment
-ability to use basic hand tools
-ability to multi-task effectively
-ability to work retail hours
-some positions may require lifting up to 50 lbs
