Job Listing: Mortgage Underwriter

Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Mortgage Underwriter. This person will be responsible for researching loan information and ensuring proper financial information is obtained from loan applicants. The hours will be Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for Conforming and FHA/VA Underwriting. Also required will be QA Review of EPD loans. Candidates for this position will be required to meet a minimum of 5 loan reviews per day.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have a minimum 3 years experience with underwriting FHA/VA loans.

This position is a scheduled to be a 12 month contract. Since this is an immediate opening, individuals will need to be able to personally interview within 24 hours.
