Job Listing: Collections Representative

Our client, a public service company, is looking for a Collections Representative. This person will be responsible for collection on delinquent accounts and assisting the accounts payable and customer service departments.

On a day to day basis the Collections Representative will utilize AS 400 and Microsoft Excel to manage the collections of the delinquent accounts. This position requires the ability to write business reports and business correspondence and the ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.

To be qualified for this position, individuals MUST HAVE:

- 3 years experience in collections
- 1 year experience with AS 400 software
- 1 year experience with MS Office, including Outlook

This Collections Representative is scheduled to be a contract to hire position. Since this is an immediate opening individuals will need to be available to interview in person within 24 hours.
