Job Listing: Project Scheduler

The largest employee owned electrical contractor is seeking a Electrical Scheduler to be responsible for developing and implementing schedules for electrical construction projects in the Las Vegas area.



DUTIES:

-Create, up date and maintain electrical construction schedule.

-Create work breakdown structures.

-Develop CPM.

-Review critical path, cost loading, schedule content.

-Identify relationships, constraints and milestones with project work schedule.

-Perform schedule impact analysis for change orders.

-QA/QC review of schedule submissions for conformance.

-Prepare reports as needed and directed by Management.


REQUIREMENTS:

-BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Preferred.

-5-10 years experience as a Construction Scheduler.

-Working knowledge of Primavera Project Planner (P3)

-Experience in use of MS Project, CPM Primavera, Construction Cost Scheduling.

-Have demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems.

-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
