Job Listing: ADSI Technician

The candidate must be able to clearly communicate both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. Strong interpersonal skills are required due to continual interaction with clients, managers and users with varying technical backgrounds in a fast paced work environment. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with experience in Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI) operations and interfaces to provide an accurate and consolidated air picture. They should also be able to provide technical advice, equipment integration,
systems development and testing in the areas of LINK 16 data link, monitor and resolve connectivity and interoperability issues, and assist in the development of Special Operations Forces Tactics, Techniques, and
Procedures (TTP) for ADSI operations.

Specifically the successful candidate will support the management, improvement, development, and integration of secure voice, video, and data communications architectures. These services will include upgrading current equipment and systems integrating new technologies, assisting with the evaluation of new technologies, and provides training on the use and troubleshooting of systems to the customer. The candidate will be able to translate requirements into new systems specifications, and review or evaluate new technologies and comment on its applicability, and recommend standards and/or develop doctrine based on evaluation.
