Job Listing: Skilled MIG and Flux Core Welder

We are currently hiring for FULL TIME skilled welders in Duquesne, PA (1.5 miles from Kennywood Park.

This is primarily a day shift position, but candidates must be open to working a rotating shift which is 3 weeks on day shift (5am-3:30pm) and 1 week on night shift which is 7pm - 5:30am. These shifts may change, so candidates must be open to rotating shifts. Candidates must be willing to work at least 10 hours of overtime a week. This means you must work 10 hours a day Monday - Friday, and overtime on the weekends is VOLUNTARY. Pay will be 16/hr - 25/hr based on skills, weld test, and experience, plus potential for 2 profit sharing bonuses. Welding skills, machine operation skills, blueprint reading skills, etc. are all considered in the pay rate. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are offered.

Candidates will be working in a steel fabrication shop. Candidates will be performing 90% of MIG and Flux core welding on stainless steel and carbon and about 10% of TIG welding. Candidates will be reading blueprints and using a variety of welding tools and equipment. Candidates will be tested on various types of welds.
