Job Description: Java Developer
The ideal candidate will have experience or the aptitude to pick up security authentication using Sun Access and/or Identity Manager. This person will also need Security protocol experience; such as, SAML or WS-Security and Application Security experience.

This existing external application needs additional security features, like single sign-on and authentication proxies. Our client is a national account of ours and is the core integrator at the site in Seaside, CA. They have 600 employees
supporting the security clearance and benefits database. There is a tremendous stability and once the enhancement project slows down, there are many other applications that will need enhancement efforts. In addition to the stability, they are located on the coast of the Monterey Bay and 10 minutes from 17 mile drive and Monterey, CA. This person will work among 5 JAVA developers, 2 QA and a Development manager.

Day to Day:
To provide development & support of business applications which support
the initiative. Also, identify and organize and coordinate the design, development, implementation and support of business and technical information solutions. Provide technical leadership to others developers on new technologies and system development
methodologies.
Collects, identifies, defines and organizes detailed user and information
technology requirements Leads and coordinates the design, development, implementation, and support of business and technical
information technology solutions. Coordinates and collaborates with others in analyzing collected requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Confirms and prioritizes project plans and deliverables with the customer.
Participate in business and technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement and conversions. Coaches and provides technical leadership to other on the application of new technologies, appropriate project management, and system development
methodologies.
