Job Listing: Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper
Local CPA office needs YOU on their team!! In this role, you will be required to wear many hats and work very independently. Essential job responsibilities for this Full Charge Bookkeeper will be to assist with all levels of bookkeeping. Duties are, but not limited to: process accounts payable, receivables, billing, daily bank deposits, cash applications and act as a back-up for payroll. Additional duties will be assisting with the month-end close process, general ledger reconciliation, bank statement reconciliation along with adjusting journal entries when needed. Ideal candidate will have full knowledge using Quickbooks Pro and Microsoft Excel.

Required Skills
Knowledge on quarterly and annual payroll reports, sales tax, property tax and other compliance reporting. 5 years QuickBooks experience. Vast knowledge of Excel.
