Required Skills for this Validation Engineer position include the following:

Experience in Software Testing or Field Test
Experience in working on Wireless technologies
At least 3-4 years of experience
Skill and experience with:

XCAL/XCAP tools
Channel Emulator test equipment

Degree desired, but comparable years of experience will do

Additional Requirements:
Ability to:

Perform tasks work while standing for long periods of time
Work overtime (if required)
Work independently with minimal direct supervision
Lift 25 pounds
Follow policy, process, and procedure
Work in a team environment
Work in a dynamic environment
Work with different Engineers in a large team
Deal with some ambiguity (i.e., not all test plans are "written in stone")
Tolerate changes that are sometimes drastic and often frequent (i.e., retaking some measurement should not be a cause for frustration )
Must show attention to detail
Needs to be able to spot inconsistencies and "weird" phenomenon in the data collected
Must possess strong communication skills
Must show commitment to task(s)
Must be customer service-oriented
