Job Listing: Customer Service Manager
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Customer Service Manager will manage the team which is responsible for order management and delivery of commercial and residential products to customers. In a rapidly growing industry, the Customer Service Manager role requires inspirational leadership to motivate and integrate the order management personnel into a cohesive team, operating with common goals. With newly implemented call center technology linking the order management personnel with the customer service system, experience with call center technology is preferred.
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree Preferred.
Experience with order entry management in a distribution based business is a must.
8-10 years of progressive work experience in a managerial role for a call center or customer service environment.
This position requires a hands on manager who can create a positive, productive, and results oriented team.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Proven leader and experienced manager who can inspire a multi-location team.
Ability to analyze results and identify ways to improve processes and procedures while ensuring high quality service to customers.
Forward thinking strategic planner.
