Position Qualifications - Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
-Customer Service experience
-Administrative experience
Knowledge & Skills:
Effectively communicate in writing.
Effectively communicate verbally including by telephone.
Effectively communicate in-person with internal staff, external customers and field employees.
Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
Travel to customer /vendor, etc site is required/not required
Strong customer service experience required.
Experience in managing multiple projects/deadlines.
Minimum Expectations:
Prompt, enthusiastic and professional greeting both in person and on-phone. All calls answered within 3 rings reciting, "Thank you for calling Volt, This is "name", how may I help you.
Ensure all guests do not sit idle in the lobby for more than 5 minutes, without being attended to.
100% of interviews confirmed previous business day. Overall objective is to create value proposition through driving the applicant show rate and decrease unfilled interview slots.
Ensure 100% of applicants are offered to complete the applicant surveys after in-person interview.
