This client is seeking a Systems Engineer. The successful candidate will lead new Research and Development effort in Co-Generation/Tri-Generation Systems and perform system engineering associated with the development of troop support products for defense applications.
Specific Responsibilities include the following:
Requirements Analysis; Product Functional Analysis; Sub-System Allocation; Trade Studies; Risk Management; Design/Development; Proposal Preparation; Project Planning; Technical Analysis; Preparation of Technical Reports; Customer Presentations.

Required Skills
Required Qualifications:
General knowledge of various thermodynamic cycles/technologies such as Absorption, Adsorption, Brayton, Vapor Compression, etc., Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools and Project Management Tools; Strong Technical background; Strong Communication Skills; Ability to form and manage cross-functional teams; BSEE or BSME required, MSEE or MSME desired;
Additional Desirable Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
Ten (10) years of progressing engineering development responsibility; Team leadership experience; Experience/familiarity with product development for defense applications; Ability to set and achieve goals; Team player and ability to prioritize work.
