Job Listing: Tax Staff Accountant Please

Our Client, a business consulting firm providing auditing, accounting, tax and other financial services is seeking a Tax Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will be expert at communicating with clients to request information and respond to questions as well as have the ability to manage clients to meet internal and external deadlines.

The person in this position will prepare individual, partnership, corporate, trust and estate tax returns. Assist with tax planning and tax strategy development and implementation. Provide support related to entity formation and taxation. Perform tax research to resolve client questions, suggest and evaluate potential tax strategies as well as determine compliance accuracy. Support Assurance and Accounting Solutions teammates on a Variety of tax and client issues. Communicate with clients to request information and respond to questions as well as manage clients to meet internal and external deadlines.

Required Skills

Candidates must have strong tax preparation experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 2-5 years of public accounting experience, CPA or CPA Candidate, CCH ProSystem user, Proven Leadership skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, possess the ability to work autonomously, great communication skills, and have excellent time management skills.
