This position will: Develop, negotiate and administer subcontract agreements and acquisition aspects in new business proposals development and existing relationships. Analyze and estimate costs and negotiate specifications/statement of work, price, date of delivery, terms and conditions and other contractual and licensing provisions with suppliers and subcontractors. Conduct negotiations with all levels of supplier/subcontractor management, which may involve international suppliers/contractors. Ensure and monitor compliance on performance both cost and schedule. Provide active interface between commodity/program managers for procurement and subcontract issues. Work with internal customers to ensure specifications and Statement of Works (SOW) are appropriate for the tasks or products required. Manages performance of high dollar Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), or Time and Material (T&M) subcontracts.

Required Skills

ALL POSITIONS MUST HAVE MILITARY AND GOVERNMENT CONTRACT EXPERIENCE. PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES. WILL PAY RELOCATION.

Position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in subcontract management. Experience in cradle-to-grave subcontract administration of multiple contracts and knowledge of business principles such as purchasing, materials logistics management, business and contract law, finance and accounting. Experience with CPSR audits and familiarity with DCAA procedures are desired qualifications. BA/BS in a business discipline or a technical degree. MBA is a plus.

BS or BA degree, in Business Administration, Operations Management or Engineering required with a Masters Degree preferred. Reports to Director Of Supply Chain
