Job Listing: Executive Assitant-Marketing:
One of the largest insurance companies in Chicago is seeking an executive assistant for their V.P. of Marketing. This position is newly created and is a direct result of the growth of the company. This company offers 100% medical and dental coverage as well as a progressive career path. This individual will be responsible for running the desk of the marketing director. The candidate will need to have experience with outlook to book meetings and conferences, experience with powerpoint to put together presentations, have in detail experience with booking travel, and be able to work in a high volume atmosphere. This person needs to bee ready to take on any task that comes their way and complete it in an efficient and timely matter.
Required Skills
All candidates MUST have a Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant. A portion of the 5 years of experience must be within a marketing department. Candidates must work well with others as well as independently.
