Job Listing: Collections Represenative-Call

Volt Services Group is currently working with one of the leading manufacturing companies in the U.S. They are located in McHenry and are looking for an experienced collections rep to join their growing team. This position will be doing Business to Business and Business to Customer Collections.

The main responsibilities for this position will include posting of customer payments research and collection of delinquent accounts. You will also be preparing all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. As well as, applying payments for charge cards, checks and Electronic Transfers.
