Volt Workforce Solutions needs experienced Network Analysts! These are immediate contract positions for 1+ year.
Your job responsibilities will include:
Remotely coordinate the resources required to manage problem resolution for customer managed networking devices. You will monitor the stability of the client's network, notify the customer of an alarm or an event detected on their network, and provide troubleshooting support of the customer's LAN/WAN environment. Coordinate service dispatches with field technicians, 3rd party vendors, help desk associates and end-users.

Required Skills
1+ year of network experience; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems; Bilingual - Spanish/English preferred; Cisco Certified Network Associate (desired, not required).
Must meet pre-employment drug and background check requirements.
