Job Listing: SMT Operators
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career? Do you have SMT Operation experience? Volt is recruiting for experienced SMT Operator for a manufacturing company in Coeur d Alene, ID. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of SMT Machine Operation experience. Candidate must be able to set up SMT equipment, troubleshoot, problem solve, and make necessary repairs. Candidates must have the ability to operate various types of assembly and SMT equipment to support the production process. Duties will include performing equipment preventative maintenance.
Will train on Day shift, then work on Swing shift.

Required Skills
Must have knowledge of equipment used in SMT operations, i.e. Wave solder, screen printers, and placement equipment. My data machinery experience. +++++
Must have demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.
All candidates must have sound written and oral communication skills; must be able to write and understand routine reports, follow oral and written instructions, and speak effectively.
Must be able to complete pre-employment drug & background screenings.
