Job Listing: Executive Admin Ast with Marketing Experience
Volt has a GREAT opportunity for an Executive Admin Assistant that has supported MARKETING programs with a STABLE manufacturing company in North Dallas. Assignments include data entry and portal maintenance, receive and verify supplier and educator invoices, record and track various team metrics, meeting arranger, field sales follow up, coordinate and execute product and materials requests; order supplies and ship products. Must be highly organized and able to communicate effectively with people at all managerial levels, within and outside of office environments. Self-motivation with proactive ability to juggle priorities while multi-tasking is imperative.

Required Skills
Only candidates with the following experience will be considered: 4 to 5 plus years experience providing support in a team environment. Prior experience in marketing programs. Must be proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Lotus Notes and Excel. Must be highly organized and able to communicate effectively with people at all managerial levels, within and outside of office environments. Self-motivation with proactive ability to juggle priorities while multi-tasking is imperative
