Job Listing: Sales Territory Manager
A national food distributor has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated, Sales Professional to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity with outstanding earning potential! Starting pay Base plus commission working towards full commission after 1 year. Our client provides ongoing professional sales training and health insurance, majority paid by company with employee contribution.
* * * Responsibilities for the Sales Territory Manager are as follows:
*Promoting and selling products and services by consulting, gathering information and evaluating customer needs,
*Pro-actively creating selling opportunities through prospecting and building new territory,
*Meeting firm expectations for sales, attendance and attitude,
*Contributing to a positive workplace environment by upholding client core values of integrity, teamwork, innovation and customer satisfaction.
- - - Hours are 6:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday. Minimum travel will be required (up to a week at a time).
Required Skills
*Minimum 3 years successful professional B2B/Inside sales,
*Positive mental attitude,
*Excellent relationship selling/customer focused sales skills,
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
*Disciplined, highly organized with the ability to follow through,
*Strong cold calling skills,
*Self motivated and goal oriented,
*Ability to work well in a fast paced, constantly changing industry,
*Good basic math skills, strong computer skills a must.
