Job Listing: Inside Account Executive

Human Capital Solutions and Jobcircle.com is currently seeking self-motivated sales professionals to join our growing Inside Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include calling on HR leaders, recruiters, line of business managers and business owners to introduce our multitude of solutions and to help them choose JobCircle.com as the resource for all of their recruiting needs. You will canvas other job boards, newspapers, and job fairs to find companies who are hiring in the Mid-Atlantic region and conduct a needs analysis with them to uncover their manpower requirement. Based on the feedback from these sessions, you will develop tailored proposals implementing the solution that best fits their recruitment goals and objectives. You will work with our database of over 30,000 recruiter contacts, as well as uncover new leads.
