Job Listing: Quality Control Representative 1 - (Cumming, GA)
Daily QC of completed work including but not limited to installation, disconnects, change of service, trouble calls, bury drops and customer related work for all lines of business. Ability to correct improper work to ensure proper installation of cable services. Entry of completed QC into a database. Perform basic data entry in a timely manner. Take all appropriate pictures of the QC work. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, while meeting daily expectations. PC and CSG billing system skills are a plus. Maintain good customer relations.

Required Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record. Must have 2- 3 Cable Installation Experience. Must have basic computer skills. Ability to work overtime, as needed. Comcast is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Drug-free workplace employer.
