Philadelphia, PA Responsibilities: The Marine Mechanical Systems Engineer needs a strong foundation in diesel engine operation and maintenance. The selected candidate will be involved in supporting the main propulsion and electrical generation diesel engines for a Naval shipboard system. Job duties include diesel engine metric data analysis, logistics support, diesel engine report processing and development, meeting and presentation support, cost analysis and project planning, SOW development, performance specification development, test plan and procedure development. Requirements: B.S. in Marine or Mechanical Engineering required;Shipboard knowledge and experience preferred;Project management/presentation skills; 10-20% travel to Washington, DC;Secret clearance, current or the ability to obtain;5 years experience;Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
