Job Listing: Manager, Electronic Maintenance

Duties & Responsibilities: Plans, coordinates and directs the activities of administrative, program and technical personnel at the Direct Support (DS), General Support (GS) & Limited Depot levels. Organizes maintenance elements to inspect, service, test, disassemble, repair, reassemble, adjust, replace parts and retest electronic, electromechanical & mechanical equipment. Coordinates repair activities at the customer location. Updates unit command representatives on the repair status of their equipment. Insures compliance with all company and relevant theater policies and procedures. Writes and updates internal and external Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Prepares and submits daily, weekly, monthly activity reports. Mentors, trains evaluates and counsels subordinates.

Required Skills

DOD SECRET security clearance
Minimum ten (10) years directly relevant experience and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical discipline. Twenty (20) years directly relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of the Bachelors degree.

Minimum ten (10) years supervisory experience in the field of electronics / lectromechanical maintenance.

Total Compensation Range: $195k - 215k annually plus full benefits
