Job Listing: Administrative Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Volt is currently hiring for an Administrative Support Specialist to work part-time with one of our on-site program teams!
The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for support, data entry and accuracy monitoring for a Volt On-site Program Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent organizational skills, demonstrate a willingness to be a team-player
- Interface with Volt branches and have excellent customer service skills
- Accurate data entry is required for assigned on-site program
- Must be able to work with several web-based systems
- Must complete duties assigned and recognize when to ask for assistance
- Handle time management and judgment skills
- Manage assigned weekly reports for the On-site Team
- Interface with Volt Corporate departments including Accounting and Operations departments
- Contribute ideas to the process improvements on the account
- Attend program meetings as needed
- Must have excellent attendance and timeliness
- Interface with Associate Vendors as needed
- Check invoices against time sheets and assist with billing issues as needed
- Data Entry for Austin on-site into Volt databases and systems
- Assist in the gathering of information for statistics reporting
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform special assignments and complete projects as needed.
Required Skills
Position Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- Administrative and program support experience is a plus.
- Associate's Degree in comparable field desired. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
(Database, system and program training will be provided.)

- Effectively communicate in-person with internal staff, external customers and field employees
- A proven track record for exceptional customer service in related field or industry
- Ability to engage in high volume accounts and communicate to respective office staff information required to be successful
- Ability to meet deadlines and accomplish multiple tasks
- Microsoft Window-Including Word, and Excel and Microsoft office
- Ability to learn and do web-based training
- A positive and winning attitude

- Ability to work in office environment
- Ability to arrive to work at a specified time
