Large company located in Newark, NJ is looking for experienced customer service representatives. This position is accountable for providing timely and accurate customer service through routine telephone inquiries and written correspondence. You will need to provide information and resolve any issues pertaining to these calls in a courteous and professional manner, documenting all actions. MUST HAVE customer service experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills, in addition to strong investigative and interpretive skills. Attention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work. The ideal candidate will focus on providing customer service, working with supporting departments to achieve resolution.
