Seasonal Production Employee:
Immediate openings for seasonal production employees for the fall grain harvest. We are looking for someone who is has the ability to problem solve and make decisions as needed, is a demonstrated self starter with high initiative, strong customer service orientation, ability to problem solve and make decisions as needed, is a demonstrated self starter with high initiative, strong customer services orientation, ability to work effectively in a team environment, good attendance record and work ethics, ability to work outside in all types of weather, and potential for overtime.

Other assets include strong communication, reading, writing, and math skills, some manufacturing or agriculture experience preferred, mechanical aptitude, knowledge of government regulations, and basic computer skills.

Morning and afternoon shifts are available. Starting pay at $11/hr. with bonus potential. The successful candidate must consent to a drug and alcohol screening and a criminal background check.

Volt employees may be working in additional areas; Gibson City, Gilmon, Paris, Brocton, Telson, Hindsboro.
