Job Listing: Accounts Payable Clerk
Do you have 2 years or more experience in Accounts Payable? Then we are looking for you! We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to work in the accounting department of a local company in Corona. The successful candidate must be comfortable with doing data entry, cutting checks (6-8 different check stocks) Quickbooks, pulling reports, 10-Key Data entry of checks to pay and also to post recorder checks. Detail oriented to review invoices for correct payments and to verify proper approvals before payment is made. Fast learner to get trained and also someone not afraid to ask questions, Flexibility and willing to cover front desk when needed.
