This is an exciting customer service opportunity with a leading 3rd party outsource call-center. This position is in the outbound call-center and has temp-to-perm potential for the right candidate. The outbound call center CSR will conduct an outbound calling program in an effort to: Profile and verify contacts; Identify customers interested in speaking with a loan officer for analysis of current financial status; Successfully complete warm transfer to loan officer.

The Primary Duties of this position are: Accurately profiling and updating records. Identifying sales opportunities for the marketing department. Using customer service skills when profiling and identifying opportunities for marketing. Successfully following scripting and call execution requirements. Accurately disposition records. Light to moderate understanding of loan process a plus.

Required Skills

Represent our client in a professional manner. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office. Advanced reading and writing proficiency. Personal drive, energy, enthusiasm, humility and 'can do' attitude. Has a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Is team oriented and works in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals.

Required Skills -
Call Center Experience: 1 year min Customer Service. 6 months minimum experience in Customer Service in a call center environment. Hours of Operation: Monday to Thursday 9-6 and Saturday 9-1 No Friday Calling.
