Job Listing: Call Center Representative

This top notch company is searching for 10 Call Center Representative's who will be responsible for direct communication with customers regarding service requests, parts orders, credit issues and other inquiries. These individuals will serve as a liaison between the field staff/other internal departments, and customers. In addition, they will escalate urgent customer issues to management. Perform work order processing in accordance with established policies. Day, swing and graveyard shifts available.

Required Skills
Intermediate skills using PC, MS Office suite. Intermediate customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize as appropriate. Time management and organizational skills required. One to three years experience in a high volume call center. Order
processing/order entry experience highly desirable.
