Responsibilities include:
Analyzing the customer requirements
Being involved in developing feature test plans as well as a comprehensive list of test cases to ensure that the feature/product receives complete test coverage
Developing solid test tools to aid the End-to-End team and making them reusable across teams and/or features
Automating test suites for features owned by the individual
Aiding in feature automation and tool development across the End-To-End team where applicable

Required Skills
Required Skills for this SDET3 position include the following:
2 years minimum of Testing experience
Must possess coding skills (C, C++, C#, XML, Win32, MSI, SQL, Maui are considered a plus)
Seasoned experience in debugging, as well as experience driving a feature through the Development/ship cycle
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven effectiveness working cross teams/disciplines
GROUP QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of Software Testing experience
5 years of experience with a high-level Programming language (C/C++/C#)
4 years of experience with Web Services, Internet technologies/concepts and performance testing
Experience in testing 2-Tier and 3-Tier systems a plus
Some experience with XML, SOAP, Web Site and Web Services preferred
Experience delivering Enterprise and Consumer solutions as well as employing Agile development practices a bonus
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical experience required
