Job Listing: Employee Development Specialist
Strong background in Corporate Development and training with a good understanding of HR evaluation processes and strategies.
Job Duties:
Primary responsibility will be to support current program managers deploying leadership development programs.
Additional duties:
1. Assists in partnering with customers (individual, team organization, enterprise) to improve performance in support of business goals by identifying performance improvement opportunities. Conducts (front-end, needs, job, task, root cause), plans and implements interventions and measures and evaluates outcomes. Assesses needs by investigating and evaluating customer goals, processes, requirements, skill level, experience, environment and equipment.
2. Contributes to and performs the design, development and selection of solutions to maximize learning effectiveness.
3. Assists with the management of program performance (cost, schedule, supplier performance, risk status and staffing).
4. Researches new technologies and methodologies to better facilitate and administer learning.
5. Facilitation knowledge, guiding learning discussions to enable participants to learn from each other.
6. Proven ability to work with management and executive leaders to prepare them for the delivery of learning events.

Required Skills

1. Knowledge of Boeing culture.
2. Familiarity with HR strategies aimed at building leadership capability in a large organizational setting is highly desired.
3. Strong business acumen and the ability to act as a business partner with senior executives throughout the enterprise are also required.
4. The ability to manage multiple priorities while possessing a strong project management background.
5. The ability to inspire by translating strategy into clear actions and influence others without formal authority.
6. The ability to lead the development of a detailed statement of work that documents the deliverables, objectives, budget, activities required, and schedule.
7. The ability to work effectively with design, development and implementation teams.
8. A systems thinking approach to complex and dynamic leadership development programs with heavy strategy demands.

Education:
Bachelor's degree and 8 to 10 years related work experience or a Master's degree and 6 to 8 year
