Job Listing: Experienced Lead Generators Needed

Volt Technical Resources is looking for motivated, career-driven individuals to join a growing call center, located in Austin, Texas that will be supporting large companies nation-wide.

In this position, the agent is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads for a network management software solution sold to Fortune 2000 companies. Agents will be responsible for following up on marketing campaigns and cold-calling targeted prospect lists.


Individual agent and team performance goals will be developed and monitored on a daily basis. The performance goals will focus on the following elements:
* Number of outbound dials and contacts

* Number of conversions (sales meetings/calls scheduled for field sales team)

* Accuracy of contact discovery (identification of correct contact in charge of network management)

* Overall call quality, including proper representation of the company and products

* Accuracy of data input and calls tracking


Required Skills

* 1 to 2 years experience in call center role - outbound prospecting experience preferred


* Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and/or prospecting objectives


* Bachelors degree and/or computer technology related course work or certifications (networking technology preferred)


* Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of structure and devices in a typical enterprise network infrastructure: routers, switches, hubs, firewalls, load balancers, WAN optimizers


* Proficiency in the use of email, Internet navigation, MS Word and MS Excel. (SalesForce or other CRM experience a plus)


* Excellent spelling, grammar and verbal/written communication skills


* High level of interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills


* Personal drive, energy, enthusiasm, humility and "can do" attitude


This is a Base + Bonus position in the Downtown area
